    Terrible customer service! Stay away from this place. They take your money and they don't care about anything else. The answer they have to all your questions is "I don't know" and if you request to speak to the manager "he is not available at the moment." I was told at the time of order that delivery company will call me few days before delivery date and check the timeline. When I call to confirm delivery date I updated my address and asked again that it has to be delivered after 5:30 pm and again was assured that there would be no problem.Two days before delivery, no phone calls so I call them and find out they cannot give you an ETA and it will be a random time during the day! And my address hasn't been updated so if I didn't call it would have been sent to an incorrect address. Bottom line, very poor customer service, staff and manager don't give a damn about customer's needs!

    Excellent products, very knowledgeable staff! Give good advises in colour coordination, mix and match. Everyone is complimenting my choice of furniture from them. Highly recommend Leo and Jay for best shopping experience.

    Forgot to send screws with delivery man so I had to go the morning of the delivery and collect.
